Boralex (BLX.TO) was acquired by Brookfield and La Caisse for C$37.25 per share in cash in a deal that closed August 14, 2026, and its shares were to be delisted from the TSX.

Chart Industries (GTLS) was acquired by Baker Hughes for $210 per share in cash, a transaction valued at about $13.6 billion including debt that closed on July 16, 2026, and its shares were canceled and delisted from the NYSE. Chart has been removed from this list.

Winsome Resources (WR1.AX) was acquired by Li-FT Power in a combination that completed on May 21, 2026. Li-FT Power joins Lithium Stocks as the holder of the Adina lithium project.

Foran Mining was delisted from the TSX following its $3.8 billion acquisition by Eldorado Gold.

Alta Copper was delisted as it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortescue.

Lithium Royalty Corp (LIRC.TO) was acquired by Altius Minerals for C$9.50 per share (about C$520 million) in a deal that closed March 6, 2026, and its shares were delisted from the TSX.

SolGold was delisted from the London Stock Exchange following a court-approved cash takeover by Jiangxi Copper.

Highlander Silver completed its business combination with Bear Creek Mining, adding the Mercedes mine and Corani project. Bear Creek shares were scheduled for TSXV delisting.

Zeekr (ZK) became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Geely and ceased trading as a public company.

MAC Copper was delisted from the NYSE and ASX following its approximately $1.01 billion acquisition by South African miner Harmony Gold.

Horizon Copper was delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange following its acquisition by Royal Gold.

Pan American completed its acquisition of MAG Silver, adding a 44% interest in the producing Juanicipio mine. MAG ceased trading on NYSE American and was scheduled for TSX delisting.

Sayona Mining and Piedmont Lithium completed their merger on August 29, 2025, creating Elevra Lithium. The combined group trades on the ASX as ELV and on Nasdaq as ELVR, and holds the producing North American Lithium operation in Quebec.

Pod Point (PODP), a UK EV-charging company, was acquired by EDF and delisted from the London Stock Exchange in August 2025.

Silver47 completed its merger with Summa Silver. The combined company retained the Silver47 name and AGA ticker; Summa was scheduled for TSXV delisting.

Xanadu Mines was delisted from the TSX following its acquisition by Bastion Mining.

Arcadium Lithium (ALTM) was acquired by Rio Tinto for about US$6.7 billion in a deal that closed March 5, 2025. Its shares were delisted from the NYSE and its CHESS Depositary Interests from the ASX, and the business now operates as Rio Tinto Lithium.

Latin Resources (LRS.AX) was acquired by Pilbara Minerals, now PLS Group, under an all-scrip scheme of arrangement implemented February 4, 2025. PLS issued about 205.5 million new shares, around 6.4% of its enlarged capital, and took ownership of the Salinas lithium project in Brazil, since renamed Colina.

Filo Corp. was delisted from the TSX and Nasdaq First North following its $4.5 billion acquisition by BHP and Lundin Mining.

Allego (ALLG), a European charging-network operator, was taken private by majority shareholder Meridiam and delisted from the NYSE in August 2024.
