Green Critical Minerals (GCM.AX) changed its name to GCM Corporation Limited in July 2026. The ASX ticker remains GCM.

Chart Industries (GTLS) was acquired by Baker Hughes for $210 per share in cash, a transaction valued at about $13.6 billion including debt that closed on July 16, 2026, and its shares were canceled and delisted from the NYSE. Chart has been removed from this list.

Graphex Group (6128.HK) had its American depositary shares delisted from NYSE American on May 14, 2025 after failing to file its 2023 Form 20-F on time, and terminated its US ADS program with effect from July 14, 2026. The Hong Kong ordinary shares remain listed and the company stays on this list.

Discovery Silver began trading as Discovery Mining Ltd. on the TSX on July 3, 2026. The ticker remains DSV; the legal name change was effective June 29.

The company has said it is pursuing a US listing and continues to advance its Nachu graphite project in Tanzania.
