Lynas Rare Earths has agreed to acquire Meteoric Resources through an all-share scheme of arrangement with an implied equity value of A$968 million. If implemented, the deal would add the Caldeira ionic clay rare earth project in Brazil to Lynas’ Australian and Malaysian operations.
